First, we suggest you start a trial with us., then connect HubSpot and Stripe or PayPal. This step is especially useful if you plan to go on a call with our team so we'll have everything in place to help you get set up.
To connect HubSpot, you need to have administrator rights. If you don't, you'll get an error message and won't be able to continue. If that's the case, reach out to your HubSpot administrator to get the proper authorization. You'll also need the same authorization to be able to access DepositFix later.
You have two options when connecting Stripe - you can connect Stipe in Live mode or in Test mode. Connecting in live mode means you want to start receiving real payments from real people right away. That's rarely the case though, so we suggest connecting in Test Mode first. This will allow you to experiment by making a few test payments and ensure each part of the payment technology is working.
To connect PayPal in either live or test mode requires you to have a PayPal Business account. To be able to run test payments, you'll need a PayPal Developer account, too.
